In the US you can buy shipping supplies on aquabid. I just ordered some shipping bags there to put fish into that I'm taking to a fish club auction. You can get plain bags like I am or breather bags for keeping the fish in good health longer during shipping. They also have people selling heat packs and cold packs. You can basically get everything that you would need except the expertise to use it.
