Thanks matty, it was the same shop selling microrasbora galaxy for 6.95 pounds each, which reading others posts that was expensive, however it looks like their bettas were a good price, they had veil tails for 3.95 pounds that looked good, but obviously my other half went for the really pretty one. He was also flaring happily at the betta next to him which reading the forum I recognised as a good sign!!

You have the exchange rate wrong £6 is is about $12 US and $14 CAN

I checked the Net currency exchange..I was wrong as wel as zoe...it £6.00 is exactly $8.97 american and $9.77 Canadian. That's a fairer price than $14 Thank you Zoe for poiting out my mistake

weird that they are giving different rates, i checked mine on a very reliable one.

Rip off, most of them arnt even that outstanding.
