Unfortunately he has a shredded tail now, so I got scared and removed the drift wood and the coconut ....I hope he gets better.

are you sure the coconut or driftwood is to blame? maybe your filter intake (its often overlooked) is shredding his tail? just a thought

It happened before I got him the filter ....so it had to be those two or him nipping his own tail.

He's going to have a nice new home in a few weeks! Just setting it up atm

EH, my new guy is all blurry..but you can see his colors. THinking of naming him Mason. He is in a 12 gallon tank with a couple of corys...I think h loves it!
