Pop-eye Here, Medicating, Temp Question...

Ok real quick-

Water levels-

Ammoina- 0
Nitrites- 0
Nitrates- 10
PH- 7.6-7.8

3 Tiger Barbs have pop-eye, 1 of them may have to be put down, he is very advanced and medication is only seeming to make matters worse. We have been useing Melafix for 2 days hope further treatment will pull them through.

My question is--- Is there anything else I should be doing?? Aquarium salt, temp raising, ect...

Please I really could use your advice, uor little shoal of Tigers are our pride and joy and I feel terrible we have let this go so far. Thanks in advance!

Need a bacterial med sounds like it bad, melafix is not bad if its in the early stages.
Anti internal bacteria med by interpet if in uk, if not maracyn one.
