Aha... I saw those at the lfs today.... LOL I don't want one... they had a 1.5 ft long one on display.... and the label says they grow up to 4ft!!!!!

A 4 foot bichir!! Errr no i dont think so Polypterus delhizi has a maxiumum adult size of around 15 to 18 inches and smaller is more common.

i was worried for a second then 4 ft the one on dispay must have been an adult speciem
