I'm glad to learn that you got the medicine for you fish. If you keep the salt in and the temp up it should get rid of the ick.
Be very sure you get the temperature up to at least 82 degrees during treatment. If you do not do this, even if you no longer see it on the fish, it will still be in the tank waiting for the chance to strike again.
When you no longer see the ick, continue treating the tank for several days more.
