Pls Help, My Apple Snail Died One By One

and forgot to ask about pH. They don't like pH less than 7 but this ususally shows up more gradually unless there's a big drop in pH.

in the previous , i change the water once per week. In this one, i change twice per week, and mostly i use the water from the endler tank, because i do not want to shock the snails any more. i think the water might not be the reason, maybe the snail got any kinda disease died one by one? although they do not show it outside?

It's my understanding that applesnails need 2.5 gal per snail especially when they start to mature. There is tons of great info on the site applesnails.net...........They definately need a heater between 71 and 80. the low end they grow slower but lay fewer clutches. High end if you are trying to get fertile clutches. I've been told by brededers that they live longer and lower temps of 71 or 72. They need a high ph to prevent shell erosion.
