Plenty Of Oddballs, Need Space

I have a 4 Sengal Bichir, 2 black ghost knife, 2 brown African knife, 4 green Cory cat, 2 striped peacock eels, 2 rubber lipped plecos, 2 hi fin plecos, 2 Honey Gouramis... I need to transplant them into a pond I'm constructing out in my back yard... 500gallon with stream linking it to another 500 gallon pond. I have heaters, filters, skimmers, waterfalls will do more than enough to ensure plenty of oxygen. I have a kit with sensors to monitor water ph and verything else under the sun... Do you think it will be possible to pull this off living in El Paso, TX? I don't see any predators being an issue hear.
