and i lost about 80 young brislties over the past few months from some strange illness that only killed them and not the other fry (the guppies and cories are fine) they got a black or red patch on the tummy then died..it was quite sad any ideas what that would be? never seen anything like that before.

sounds like a possible internal parasite or bacterial infection

as jen said...as for spawn surviving...the eggs are plec food at the mo...mite be a few survive but aint seen them yet...if i wanted to i could put them in a tank on there own...there survive then...lol...the odd 1 or 2 is fine at the moment for me...lol
