Pleco Id Please

Just bought this today. It was listed as a Longfin Spotted Pleco. Would just like to know exactly what type it is. Scientific name would be good, common name would be better heh

looks like red sailfin plec or similar to me. Potential 18 inch plus. Very nice in at least 6foot by 2foot tank!
Thats just what i think it is, no certainties!

Yeh ill go with sailfin..gibicep and a very nicely marked one at that , doesnt need a 6 foot tank but 4x2x2 is bare minimum with obviously 5-6 foot better

Googling up some photos, does look very similar to the gibbicep.

This lil one is calling our 125gal (6ft) tank home

Although I'm terrified of large plecos (no idea why, they just creep me out)... I am excited to watch this one grow.
