Hello all,

Im thinking about getting a plec soon (maybe 3~4 weeks time) and i would like some suggestions.

I would like a plec which gets about 6~8" or if i were to get two then max size 4~5". I would love something that looks good but Also like it to be a little hardy. It must get on with My Corys and Blue rams too.

Any ideas? I need to let the guy know this week so he can get one for me...

Thanks in advance guys n gals :)

Kev

how about.....
L-204 (Panaque sp.) Flash pleco (4")
L-134 (Peckoltia sp.) Leopard Frog Pleco (4.4")
L-200 (Peckoltia sp.) Green phantom pleco (7.2")
L-128 (Peckoltia sp.) Blue phantom pleco (7.2")

I'm sure there is more that suits your needs, but it all depends on what is available to you.
I myself have a L-002, a L-128 & a L-200. I am considering a L-204 as my next pleco

I loved my Orange Bushy Noses. But they were done in by the culimnaris medication. :-( They are at drsfostersandsmith.com on line: liveaquaria.com

yeah  It took me a long time to decide and get them. I also lost a clown loach and a very pretty cockatoo boy--well I have lost a sampling of everything almost.

I just ordered two straita Botia and I hope an SAE or two. The fish left in the big tank are hardy fellows and have survived a terrible scourage. I haven't decided on what I want for the plecs now. Probably something will show up on aquabid suddenly. It has been a long battle. I think we fought the last of it when Rocky Balboa the Pepper survived. He probably contracted a secondary fungal infection having been weakened by the constant and strong meds since last June or July.
