Yep you've got both right You'll probably want to look into a much bigger tank for them though - commons can reach 2ft+ and gibbies often exceed 18".

Mine's 14" so still has some growing to do, and I keep him in my 6ft (112 gallons) tank, and really, he might end up in our 150 gallon if he goes much bigger.

So you'll need a much much bigger tank, even more so for the common as they can reach 2ft or more.

Lovely plecs though, have they got names?
