It's definitely a peckolita species but i dont think it will be an L15.... it could be a number of very closely marked species and a complete accurate ID may never been found unless catch location is spot on.... have a look HERE!!! and try and match the best you can

333 is Hypancistrus, as above I think this is Peckoltia although without catch locale ID is nigh on impossible

its not a baby its around 12cm

Size doesn't dicount a clown, genus does.
