Please Help!

I have had a cycled tank for 2 weeks now and i still cant find
anyone to help me on this. What cichlids could go into a 20 gallon
tank. please help id like to move fish in asap.

do you want African rift lake cichlids or central/ south American cichlids or just anything?
Cichlasoma sajica, spilurum, meeki
Pelvicachromis pulcher, subocellatus, humilis, taeniatus
Apistogramma cacatuoides, agassizi, trifasciata, etc
Nanochromis transvestitus or nudiceps
Orange chromides
Neolamprologus sp (shell dwellers)
Julidichromis dickfeldi, transcriptus

How many kribs would i be able to put into this tank?
 
just a pr of kribensis and any other fish you want as long as they are not cichlids.
 
i'd suggest you could have a pair of kribs then 2 shoals of smaller fish like tetras comfortably :good:

would still leave room for you to add another shoal when the tank is mature or perhaps another feature fish if something catches your eye down the line.

I wouldn't reccomend any of those for a 20g. Even though this is irrelevant now as the OP has chosen kribs, I though I would clear that up incase anyone else reads this thread. They all get too big really for a 20g, unless it's 30"+ long, or preferably 36"+.
 
yep kribensis are from Africa but come from soft acid water and not the hard alkaline water of the great rift lakes
