During a vacuuming and water change I think I must have acidently knocked my biggest and fanciest finned danio. She is now swimming funny and doesnt seem to be able to keep her body weight up? Is there anything I can do? She is still swimming and keeps to the middle of the tank but she is struggling and I think she might miss out of feeding time?

Can you issolate her to more shallow tank, how much damage is there, i would add abit of melafix to make sure it dosn't get infected.

I wouldnt know how to isolate her. I have a small tank, only 15g, with just a few starter fish to get me going. But im worried that the other fish are starting to pick on her? I dont really have any other tanks or heaters or filters but I could check in the attic as I had some terripins a while back. I think the other fish may have eaten her tail as it seems alot shorter, so far I havent seen her eat and she is really struggling to keep herself up. What can I do!!?!?

If you are able to buy, beg, borrow or steal a breeding net or isolation container (usually a small floating plastic container) put her in that, a mate ran out of them for his bettas so used a 2ltr coke bottle cut in half and sat it in a piece of polystyrene with a circle cut out of the center to keep the bottle afloat, a few holes in the bottle to allow the water to flow and it keeps the other fish at bay to allow the injured fish to recover.

Hey I have lots of plastic sheets available so I put one of these into the tank to divide it into two. I know this cut off the heat supply and filter flow to the quarantine but every now and then I let a bit of water though, and I woke up this morning to find she was ALOT better! I’ve had to let the tank circulate for a while because my black widows were really missing their hiding space, but I will keep it divided for another day and see if she is back on form! Thank you for all your advice, I felt so guilty when I found out that I must have injured her and now i'm glad she’s getting better! :D
