Ok the other day I got 3 "blood fin tetras" and I was just watching my tank and it just nipped almost half a fin of one of my neon tetra. Now I spent about 20min getting the super fast blood fin tetras out of my tank and have moved them to a 5 gallon bucket with a small heater in it. Will they make it threw the night in there? I don't have a filter but i put water from my tank into the bucket and put a small 15gallon heater in there. I also have moved my neon tetras 2 with nipped fins into my hospital tank. Any products I should use to help them? Or let them heal on there own?

They should be fine in the bucket overnight; do put a towel or something over the top in case they try to jump out though!

Nipped fins usually heal up fine with plenty of clean water, but keep an eye out for secondary infections, like fungus, that might need treating.

I'll keep an eye on them how long should I keep them in the hospital tank?

Once the fish doing the nipping have gone, there's no reason to keep them in the hospital tank. As long as your water is good, they'll heal up just as well in the main tank.
