Okay, never seen this one but also I’m in Australia so we wouldn’t get that here. I have read @Byron state that aloe Vera based are really not ideal for fish tanks but I think it was for use over a long period of time. It will have to do for now, have you read what seangee and Deanasue have advised you to do also? I only ask as they have knowledgeable experience with goldfish

I did put water in a bigger container but I cant get gravel now

the fish has been occasionally trying to flap its fins, as if wanting to swim but even if it rises from the bottom of the tank, in less that 5 seconds it goes back down.
