Yeah that little you have is some type of Apistogramma the rounded head longer slim body makes me think that. But thoes photos are really hard to tell for sure. The Laetacara sp aka dwarf acaras are a bit more stocky.
Once it grows a bit more and settles in you should get a better idea of what it is. No way is that a green terror.
Google photos of Laetacara and Apistogramma see what one you think it looks most like because I'm pretty sure it's one of thoes.
These small dwarfs should be kept with other small dwarfs not larger fish. The electric blue Jack Dempsey is and awesome fish I have one. They run $20-$60 and are not very hardy when small they need a stress free home with very clean water to keep them healthy. Once they get to 3" you could add them to other fish. I keep my 2" Ebjd in a 20 gal tank by himself to grow him out. They can stop eating when young and are pron to parisites so keeping the in a stress free home by it's self will help it grow better. They are less aggressive then the normal jacks blue acara and severums are fine tank mates. They will bully smaller fish. But I think my ebjd is the most rewarding fish I own. His color keeps getting better and better and his personality is the best he is so active and just an awesome fish. Your tank would be ok for a ebjd but you really need to take time to grow them out before adding them to the already stocked tank. Many ebjd keepers do not mix any other fish with them due to them being weak and some stress easy alowing illness to take over.
If you have any other question about the ebjd just ask.
