I need information not to sit and let my fish die waiting for an answer to a question I might not be able to find on the web

 
Just on this point, the whole purpose of this site is as a forum so you should really be posting your questions in a thread so that they can be answered there. I'd be concerned about PMs to answer critical questions as they might not actually be right and you'll end up making the situation worse.
 
If you do have questions to be answered I do encourage you to post in the main forum to allow responses there. As noted above by Tcamos an answer to the OP came in 11 minutes which is fairly quick.
 
It will also allow for the answer to be reviewed by others to ensure it's correct.

As i stated before I am unable to find my way around this web site. I tried to open my mail and I got a message I did not get any mail. I am having problems figuring  out where to look for things you offer. I am not a young woman and am computer challenged. I did go to the sight you have on my post and got one answer that I can see. Whether it was 11 min. or a week for an answer this sight is hard to navigate threw 
Just to let you know, some of my fry didn't make it but a lot did. Guess it's called trial and error and we all have been threw  this.

For future reference, if you have not figured it out already, at the top of the page to the right where it has your username, you can click on it and it will bring a drop down menu that has My profile, my content, etc on it. You can go to my content and it will have a list of where you've posted so you can check. I'm awful at explaining things but hopefully that helps ^^' To be honest I think this site is a lot easier to navigate than some other forums I've been on but I can see how it would be confusing.

^Is there a pinned topic explaining the layout of the site and what not?  I mean, for someone not acquainted with the internet.  You know, 5 billion people in the world don't have connection to the internet.  (That being said, those same 5 billion probably aren't looking for advice on fish keeping).
 
As a side note, I hadn't spend my time on the site for nearly 3 years, it's much better now than it was (and it wasn't even bad).

I don't think this site is difficult to navigate through at all, and some of you know how technically challenged I am, lol! It's like with anything new, you just need time to get familiarized and you're good to go! 
 
If it is an emergency you're dealing with and need help this minute, maybe making a phone call would then be the better option!?
 
Kind of far fetched but:
If you need to drive someone to get medical help at a hospital you would drive to the hospital that you know how to get there and not choose one you're not familiar with!
