This would be known as a climbing perch gourami, I don't know the scientific name lol but I know 110% that it is, I have 5 of them, they could grow to about 8" but mine are about 5"-6". They are spectacular fish commonly known for their behaviour of swimming along the tank for food which looks like they are actually climbing, hence the name. I would not say they are aggressive but can be territorial
