The highway is surpisingly quiet, but then again its actually about 1/2mile away. There is an office complex behind my house, but we are lower in altitude (not a railroad track, a really tall wall) so we don't hear the noise. There is a nice wooded area though, so I see a lot of wildlife considering I live in the city I really like where we are at.

And that wasn't beer, it was Jameson and Coke Fly safe

It is. I live in a town home in a very nice apartment complex. That building is actually 4 townhomes, each about 2300 sq ft. The white bits you see on the back of the building are balconies. And all those pretty trees are home to many squirrels, bunnies, coons, armadillos, possums, and turkeys Pretty good variety for "in city" living.

........ try this: Empire Tower, Bangkok .......and then a few yards south is a building with a large "L"shaped pool.......I am waving from the window!

Goodness Gracious!!!... That is a tall building!.... Across City Viva, off Sathorn rd Bangkok??? ..... "L" shaped Biiiiig pool..... Looks like a great place to live!
