Pleacos

I was thinking about geting a pleaco seen as i have quite a bit of alge (sp?) building up in my tank. The thing is are they coumminity fish i mean i dont want it to start ataking my neon's.

As far as i know they don't do much apart from get terratorial with other plecs. I had two, now down to one, but i'm off to get another tomorrow.

Depending on the size of your tank, common plecos may not be a good idea unless you have 55g or more. Small plecos such as Bristlenose stay small and do the job in a smaller tank. be warned, they produce a fair amount of waste but make very rewarding and interesting additions to your tank. Both common plecs and bristlenose make excellent community fish.
