Platys not breeding!

hi all im new to this board but what a great site !!
I also breed livebearers (mollies and guppies) and recently bought some platies, so was just browsing to see what kind of temperature they like etc
I found all the info i needed very quickly so thank you!

Reading this thread and seeing the pictures - i see an angel fish i think - im sure these eat the fry - i think your problem may be the other fish in your tank eating them.

I was thinking about the other fish, but she hasn't even looked remotely preggo, so I was thinking it was that male stressing her out.

It looks like my plan may have backfired... I think the new females are too young to breed, so I've basically hornified the male with the new girls and left him with only the one breeding female. He's been chasing her more than ever. I hope the new girls mature quick!

And on a side note... Giggity, giggity, giggity...
