Stupid vet gave you anti-biotics to treat intestinal worms.

That won't treat the worms.

What should I do? Should I request different medicine? I want to help save my fish!

I ordered levamisole as that’s the only one I could get in Canada! Do you think it will work?

It will work if the fish have round worms, but not if they have flat worms. I would use it and hope that it's flat round worms. Don't forget the repeat courses of treatment.

Edit to add - round worms include camallanus worms which Colin suggested as a possibility.
