Water parameters are all pretty good. The ammonia is a tad high (.25 ppm) but everything else is at 0. I checked tonight, and noticed my platy/sword didn't look very good... Any help is appreciated.
Fish Symptoms (include full description including lesion, color, location, fish behavior):
Not sure how to describe it, really. She hangs around the heater a whole lot and is really lethargic, but she has always been this way. She comes up to eat and occasionally socializes with the others so I didn't really think much of it. It looks like on/near both her gills that a chunk is missing. I have a picture, but horrible quality.
Volume and Frequency of water changes:
About 4 times a month, 10 gallons.
Chemical Additives or Media in your tank:
Just basic water conditioner and a little aquarium salt.
Tank inhabitants:
4 platys, a platy/sword (her), and 7 neon tetras.
Recent additions to your tank (living or decoration):
None.
Exposure to chemicals:
No.
Digital photo (include if possible):
