I’ve had three platys for about a month, one is pregnant, one is just normal and healthy, but one won’t eat. He stays right at the top of the tank and is very inactive. My temperature and water quality is fine, I have these three and one apple snail in the tank with them in a 35 gallon tank. Why isn’t he eating and what can I do to help him? I don’t think he’s eaten all week.

Try a large water change and see if that helps. Are his fins clamped?

I’m sorry I took so long. This is an unedited, low quality video, I only made it so you can see what I have going on. I hope you can help me.

exactly what are your ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and PH readings. Not “water readings are just fine”. We need the numbers in order to help you. These things are usually water quality. :)

Ammonia is 0. Nitrite is 0. Nitrate is 20 ppm which I know is a little high but it should still be okay. pH is 7.8. Chlorine is 0
