Ok. Those tend to be inaccurate so sometime in the future I would reccomend getting the master test kit, its definitely worth the cost. But for now as there is no ammonia reading do a 50-75% water change daily until you see 0 nitrite and some nitrate and it remains that way for a few days

Keep him separated if hes being picked on. If not then leave him in the main tank for now. I'm sure @Colin_T will be along to advise further
I don’t have another tank to put him in I don’t think he was being picked on but I don’t want the rest of my fish to become sick
If he was in there they have it. Probably not bad yet though. May as well put him back
I’ve put some food in the cup and he has ate some
