Platy Is Swimming Vertical

Today is my day for fish problems, another one of my Platy's seems like his back and tail are not working, and unless he is resting on something, when he moves he is vertical (nose up and tail down) He seems to look okay, but he is certainly not healthy if he is doing this. Anybody know what is going on???

Hello? Does anybody know what disease could be causing my fish to swim vertically? He is eating and seems okay otherwise. Is this swim bladder? Or something else? Thanks for any help...
