Platy Fish May Be Pregnant Need Help

Hi everyone I need help my platy fish looks pregnant but it's been over a month and she has not had any frys. I kinda have experience because when I first got my fish tank about 3 months ago almost all my fish had frys . But this platy seems to look pregnant but she's not giving labor she eats and acts normal but the past two days I have notice her hidding inside the pineapple house and today I notice that she popped in the house a lot and it's very dark. So I am kinda confused is she pregnant or can she be sick?

She is pregnant, but it's hard to tell from the photo if the scales are protruding as well?..... are they?....

If the scales are protruding too much it is a sign of dropsy, a disease

It does not look like her scales have protruding I tried to take another picture but the male platy keeps on chasing her like crazy. But I did forget to mention that the past days I have notice like a little white tube around the anal area it's small but I don't know that that it's? sorry for all the questions I am very new to this and I was surprise when my other fish had frys but those where came out of no where. And thank you for those who are replying back
