Plants With African Cichlids

are there any plants that go with mbuna cichlids?

Most of them.. but not for long. Saying that, mine don't tend to bother the plants too much. There's some Crypts in there and a Rose Amazon Sword... they nibble at them every now and then, but the plants are doing ok. They have been known to go on a rampage in peoples tanks though and just one day decide to rip up the lot...

what lake is least likely to eat plants?

I heard that either anubias or crypts (sorry cant remember which one) tasted very yuck so the fish dont eat them. Either or, crypts can just be put under rocks and things i have heard anyway and they wont eat them. Oh and i believe malawai. Have seen electric yellows in a fully planted tank. didnt look like too much of a deal.

I have Anubias in my CA and SA Cichlid tank and the Cichlids dont bother with them.
Mircrostornum and Onion plants should be fine too.
