Plants Going Clear+Leaves Falling Off

Done a massive water change and re-scape on friday replanted plants washed any algae off them and removed dead leaves, everything was OK, today all the plants leaves have gone clear and some are falling off whats wrong? I've had these plants for about 6 months

What plants are they? If they are crypts then it's a reaction to being moved about in the tank - they don't like it! It's called crypt melt, but they should get over it in a few days and then you'll start to get some new leaf growth as they settle down into their new locations.

However, if they aint crypts then I have no idea.

Yeah I did a rescape, and You were right they are growing new leaves, the plants were argentine swords and another plant but I forget its name. xD
