Sounds like an European company bcause they speak in liters instead of gallons of water. But thank you though for trying to help

I use Seachem Flourish Comprehensive Supplement at around 35 to 40% of the dose on the bottle. You should be able to get that as Seachem is an American brand. I have no problems with it and my tank nitrate is zero, though I do have only 3 ppm nitrate in my tap water.

The dose rate on the bottle is 5 ml once or twice a week in a 250 litre tank. I have a 180 litre tank so the dose should be 3.6 ml once or twice a week. I dose 1.5 ml once a week. That's 41% of the dose once a week.
