There are two TPN and TPN+. TPN has just micro nutrients and TPN+ has micro and macro. Sometimes fish waste is enough to provide nitrate and phosphate so you dose the micro nutrients(TPN) to provide other nutrients like iron and potassium. I'm not sure which you would need. Depends on your stocking I suppose? It would probably be better to get the TPN+ though...

It won't hurt to use Carbo or TPN+, you can buy Easycarbo from the 'Aquarium' (the LFS up near Dunelm). They also stock the Easylife N and P, its all very reasonably priced as well. TPN+ is a good all rounder though.
