I would love to plant some Riccia Fluitans on a small piece of driftwood of about 3-4 inches. What is the most effective method of doing this? Also if this is the only plant in my tank with the 3 watts per gallon requirement and no CO2 will that be fine? I know that fish waste are food for the plant and respiration causes byproducts of CO2.

what size is the tank, unless 3WPG is very high unless its a tiny tank. ricca prefers co2 and does far far better with it. i would lower your lighting and get some co2 and ferts in there. (TPN+)
