Planted tank lighting for a 5 gal

Hi,
I have a 5 gal and I want to keep some plants. No co2. I already have some frogbit/duckweed at the top, but want to get some java ferns, anubias, bacopa caroliniana, and some crypts. What's a good cheap (around 30 bucks) low to medium planted tank light?

nicrew or hygger i have heard these are good
finnex 24/7 might be out of the price range but you wont regret it

checked the prices, and the finnex stingray is the same price as hygger and nicrew. all at about 30-35 bucks. the only thing way out of the price range is the fluval plant light.

if it is 247 then get it
if its not then finnex is a very good brand and it saved my tank plants from crashing

Be aware of cheap lighting....
Also think fishes want/need much tplants o do well.
Many criterias come under consideration : lumens, spectrum, CRI and PAR.
Considering plants you have chosen, 20 to 25 lm/l is correct.
Spectrum 5000 to 6500 °K is good.
CRI, over 90.
PAR will be hard to find in cheap lightin.
