Planted Nano Tank 30L

Looking good Jarns,

Will be interested to see what stocking you go for if you decide against a betta. Do you think you could squeeze a small group of shoaling fish in there? I'm thinking something like Boraras Brigittae and some nice shrimp down bottom.

Keep up the good work,

James.

Thanks, yes is defo an option I do like the idea of having a small shoal I'll see how I go I have 10 galaxy rasboras and 10 cardinal tetra in my other tank, I'll take a look at boraras brigittae I've never heard of them, I also do like shrimp have a good amount of them in my other tank as well
I will hopefully get some pictures on tomorrow with it all filled up, having to find a way to weigh the wood down being a bit of a pain

Right I have managed to get the wood to sink its a bit cloudy ill put some more pics on once in has all cleared, I still have a java fern to go in behind the wood if it will fit and hopefully it will grow through the wood to make a nice centre piece

I was going to put a beta in there but I it making me think about putting a shoal of small fish in havent made my mind up yet we will see.

I have a similar kinda wood which you have there.. just a small one though.. My Betta loves playing with it.. I was also worried that the branches might tear his fins but *phew.. no injuries..

A side view with some of the Neons swimming through..
