Plant indetification???

in general i just want to know do i plant them in substrate or not if anyone can say by lookeing to their roots and stem

it was sold to me as some anubias but to me it looks like it cant be planted in subtrate as if that is rhizome it grows upright not vertical to ground i recived it in small pot planted and now when i ask them they say they dont knwo should i plant it in subtrate or not

The second plant is an Anubias. It has likely been grown emersed, but I have plants that look much the same. The rhizome must not be buried. The rhizome will grow generally vertically toward the light, sometimes more horizontal. The white roots will grow into the substrate depending where you attach the plant (if it is close to the substrate).

The first plant is a stem plant, but I'm rusty on those so someone else will likely be able to pin down which one.

Its just weird that in store they have no clue what they are selling, i keep buying plants without even knowing what i get lol. Will plant first one in background together with some moneyvorth that i bought - that was only one they knew what it is.
They had some moss also but it was black and i didnt like it and again they dont know what type of moss it is.

Im done in small tank now i have 10 plant species and 7 shrimps adults plus god knows how many small shrimps as 1 gave birth i seen few when i was doing water change hope i dont shock them to death.
Water a bit murky after water change and planting i brough up lots of debres from substrate as they kept floating up and i suck at planting doing it with smal tweezers i steal from wife.
