Plant ID

I got these yesterday from petsmart @ £1.69 each. It looks like they have changed supliers because these come in a little teracotta pot.

First (left) one I think is a Ludwigia inclinata, second (right) is a Myriophyllum tuberculatum (Red).

can some one confirm my ID please.

im sure the one on the left is ludwigia - something that hates my tank for some reason!

the plants in the background of those pics look great

The one on the left almost looks like it could be a hygro polysperma - rose or red or something.

Left looks like Rotala macrandra and the right Rotala wallichii.

Both these plants require high lighting levels i.e. 3 Watts per Gallon or above, Carbon Dioxide injection and soft nutrient-rich water. In summary they are demanding plants not ideal for most set-ups.

Those where the other two named plants I was looking at aswell, oooh well i've got them now I'll see how they go.

I have co2 but I did a booboo on my watts per gallon mine works out @ 29 uk gallon -10% = 26 ish = 2.3 watts per uk gal.

If these fail to grow are there any other red plants I could go for?
