I have 3x 11watts for a 60l (15 gallon) tank is that enough for plant growth? So 33watts all together.
I also use the Fluval mini CO2 kit which I fill two times a day aswell as using EasylifeCarbo.
My fertilizer regime is Easylife Profito, Ferro, Nitro, Fosfo and Kalium weekly.
I have a soil substrate and fine black gravel on top.

Will I see good plant growth from all this???????

I'm new to plants as well, but for the lighting question I believe the rule of thumb is 2-3 watts per gallon, so with 33 watts in a 15 gallon tank you should be good to go :good:

The people on this board are really great though so I'm sure they'll chime in and answer the rest!

Thanks for answering :) I recently found a post that states the watts per gallon is out of date  and that you should do this new rule - Lumens Rule
and if its true! IM SCREWED! I only just come into the "LOW" lighting.

Sounds like you'll be fine growing plants, what types are you looking to grow? That's a big factor on if they will grow or not aswell as the lighting etc.

Write a list of what you wanna grow and I'm sure someone will be able to confirm if you'll be capable of it, sounds like your setup is good to go though :good:

Im trying to grow carpetHC Cuba which I know, needs A LOT of light so I may have difficulty there. The others are just
Anubias
Micranthemum Umbrosum
Limnophila aquatica

I have no experience in any of those so I can't comment

Im sure someone will be along to help you out :good:

HC doesn't require loads of light at all, before my LED lighting I would have been in the bottom bracket and I grew a HC carpet an inch thick in my tank. It's a common thought that it does require loads but you can grow it in low light with the right balance. The others you mentioned should be fine too.

AH! Thats awesome news! So what fertilizers did you use? I currently use Easylife Carbo, Ferro, Profito, Fosfo, Nitro and Kalium.fertilizers link I also have the Fluval CO2 mini kit and fill it twice daily. I never get pearling from it though....is that a necessity? I have a 60l Nano tank by the way With soil substrate and mineral/nutrient balls aswell. bearing in mind that my aquarium is only 6 days old aswell lol.

Does that all sound right?
