Planarium?

I think I've spotted a planarium. Should I do something about it? If so what should I use (I'm in the UK so may not have access to some medication used elsewhere)?

Planaria worms are relatively harmless and live in most tanks. They eat fish eggs but don't normally affect fish. If you have concerns, do a big water change and gravel clean the substrate.

No that's great. I thought they were dangerous. I could actually do with fewer fish eggs!
