most fish shops will have them, but i they don't and your serious just ask them to order you some in.

or Trimar have 8" ones at £25 a piece i think www.trimar.co.uk

My LFS had some small 3-4" ones in the other week, If your interested I will go have a look tomorrow for you.

Really? Phirannas will grow and grow and grow. They are not suited for tank life and are better off nto being kept. You may think your ready but there is no way you can possibly be ready no matter how serious you are about keeping fish. They will easily outgrow a 300gallon tank within 2 years and when that happens and you don't have the room or money to buy it a new one, then what? Letting him go in the wild is a very bad thing to do for the enviroment. Please Please PLEASE reconsider this decision. It really is better off! ~Scarlett

....Sorry if my last post was quite blunt. I just need to stop people from buying them! In my siggy you can see a picture of our pacu who is outgrowing our 125 gallon fast, we have had him 6 months.

Well, if you are comparing Pirahna to your Pacu you are a tad off base. Pacu will grow twice as large as pirahna. Max adult sixe is about 12"

If you want a pirahna go for it. Make sure you have done your research, as I am finding out. Be prepared to upgade your tank and buy atleast 3-5. Hope you enjoy!

ok thans guys it just my heart is really set on them i have 8 beutifull silver doller at the moment and i know they are related to the pirana and i take care of them more than anything
