What the hell, why would someone do that! Imagine if they developed and could survive or even flourish properly in our lakes/rivers..!

I saw that. It would be quite cool to be able to fish for piranhas in England though. Bet that gave him a shock when he landed it.

It said its a red bellied piranha and if you have seen any of the picks of it i dont think it was a pacu i dont think there teeth are anywhere near as big as these where.

PFK says it was a pacu. Most of the 'OMG look at teh teef!!!!1' photos seem to be stock pirahna photos. Looked pretty big to be a piranha too.

Anyway, it's summer, fairly warm, someone was seen a few days ago looking shifty with a bucket... A few days in warm weather doesn't mean it, whatever it was, is going to tkae over teh world and eat anyone who goes near the water because that's what piranhas do!!!!!

We have 4 red belly pacus... and the biggest is like a foot or longer... and it has huge teeth... but when you put your hand in the tank it just swims to your hand and kind of like rubs it i guess
