The best way to do this is for you to do some research, maybe Google it, find out what type you want and whats available in your area, come up with a plan and ask if your plan is good. Any specific questions are fine, too, if you can't find the answers. Its tough to answer vague questions like this.

I'm not a piranha person but there are those here who will be able to answer your questions once you find out what exactly you want to know.
