Pink Lump On Molly

I've just noticed one of my white mollies has a small pink lump on its back.

I've just removed a rosy tetra that suddendly started having trouble with balance although its eyes have popped a little. I'm currently treating the tetra away from the main tank with Melaleuca antibacterial. My other remaining tetras seem fine and all other fish are healthy, swimming well and eating.

I've done a water change and checked all the usual levels. Water quality is good.

I'm sure this pink lump is not connected to my sick tetra but concerned none the less.

this lump seems to have moved now and appeared, larger, on the far side of this fishes body.
