Piglet Squid.

Has anyone here seen the amazing smiling piglet squid on page 3 of saturday 18th daily mail?
(please don't despise me, it was someone else's paper!)

I love, as I have mentioned before, odd sea creatures, especially benthic and aphotic stuff, but these little beauties can be found at a mere 100 meters down.

If you haven't seen it, find it.
Or I may be able to scan it if anyone cares.

i saw that picture in a reef keeping magazine a few months ago...the piglet squid doesnt actually look like that ...it was just the way the photo was taken with different ratios of light etc

Nbaker, I get my fish from grantham pets at home (I know people give pah a hard time but I hav found them to be excellent), or I get my fish online

I cant hang around talking I just downloaded the new Bruno film and Iam in the middle of watching it, crikey is it funny!

lol, that is what I thought.

I find it especially funny as my dog is called piglet, as she looked just like a piglet when i got her.

I actually saved her from death!

Some idiot paid a thousand quid for her, and was about to kill her because she couldnt be shown!

She has an overshot jaw, and she is a little too big.
The vet in question refused to kill her, and the owner walked into the post office in great gonerby trying to get rid of her.
my mother was in the shop0 at the time and took the dog off the lady right away, and gave her to me.
I was after a new dog as I gad to have my rottie/german shepard puit down a few days before (he, spike was 16 years old!)
so I went from a rottue/german shep cross to a chihuahua!
