I have pictus and cories together, no problems. The only fish in your sig I would be concerned about are your rasboras. Picture are predators by nature and harlequins are prey....
I once had about 16 harlequin that had to share a tank with 3 pictus for a few days, by the time the pictus tank was ready for them to go into, I was down to about 5 harlequin. When the pictus are full grown be cautious, I've read stories of pictus eating smaller corys. I just have my pictus in a tank by themselves besides for the oscar thats now in it
I'd stick to larger Brochis myself, just in case, because if the Pictus did try to eat a smaller species, it would lock out its hard first pectoral ray and release its toxin resulting more than likely in two fish deaths.
I've seen Pictus eat fish as big as adult platies... though to be fair... it didnt eat again for about a month <.< little devil!! Im not sure id trust them with rams OR harlequins.
They're still great fish, I love seeing mine swim around their tank besides for the clowns and my Striped Raphael whos an incredibly slow grower, they'll be some of the largest fish I have
