what do pictus catfish need to stay healthy ( tank size, temp e.t.c.)

for tank size i would say at least 40 gallons. they get to be about 6" but are one of the most active catfish ive ever seen. They need to be in groups of at least 3. also they are scaleless so they need pristine water conditions and a fairly mature tank. mine like to eat brine shrimp, bloodworm, beef heart, and catfish pellets. i have 4 in my 55 gallon and they are so active its unbelievable. they frenzy feed which is very fun to watch.
