Pictus Anyone?

Yeah, I would go with three. I have three now, but had only one before. They're great fish. Very pretty and very active. I've had them with small fish, and I haven't seen them bothering anyone. Usually they're off swimming along the substrate looking or even swimming throughout the water column. Mine are juveniles, mind you, so perhaps when they are larger there would be a problem with small fishies.

IMO, Pictus Cats are great. Go for it!

The more the merrier, don't get one, its just a shame. I have 4 in my 150G with 3 other similar (bigger) pims and other cats.

No i havnt got any " Yet " lol, i do really like them though ........ There £4.99 each at my lfs, there medium around 4 ", maybe 3"....

So i should get 3 then if i do opt for these??

Perhaps i should get a couple more then

I was just worried because i know they grow to about 10" ish and i only have a Jewel 120 atm. I do plan on getting a couple of bigger tanks at some point but it wont be for a while. Do you think i could fit another 2 Pictus Cats in my 120?

I Already have 2 small silver shark, a bristlenose plec, a red tail black shark (about 4") and a giraffe cat fish thing (at least thats what i think he is, looks a bit like the pictus but he's kinda gold with black stripes and has alot wider face). I have real plants in there and an extra filter. I just dont want to overcrowd the tank

What do you think?
