Got a decent camera from flee bay today, here are some pics from the new toy~

2 week old Sajica

Need to read the manual and play with the camera some more, should get some really good pictures from this camera.

I love those hatchetfish. What kind of shrimp is that?

I also wish I could find good bogwood like that - I'd be willing to rescape a good chunk of my tank to fit a couple pieces in.

Its an Amano shrimp. I have about 20 in the tank, they do a good job eating algae and anything else they can get their paws on. The wood in there is called Sumatra driftwood, I was looking for this branchy type wood for months.

Which camera is it?

Its a Canon 450d with a Tamron 90mm macro lens. I want a new flash and tripod to go with it, mabie next week.

out of curiousity do you keep the sajica with the comunity ? in that same tank, cause i know they are mild mannered and was wondering if you could keep them in a comunity or not

kubora666- I keep the Sajica in another tank, they arent too aggressive or large except when they arr breeding- which is all the time! They are rabbits like their convict cousins. I usually feed their young to the discus, this time Im gonna raise them just for fun.

Radar- yee mate I remember talking to you about Sajica long time ago And you made the Sajica profile on this forum if I remember correctly. Thanks for the nice comment m8, Ive had this pair of Sajica since '06 I think. Nice fish but I'd like to put something else in the tank soon but Im attached to them
