sorry I posted this in the pinned topic too!!

Fantabulous! For the first one I will have to put my BIGGEST pet in for the competition!

He is a purebred Charolais calf named Lancelot - as in the white knight !!!

No, I won't pose for you!!!

but he loves cameras and you can see him preening himself before you take his picture - he knows how handsome he is!

Hi plecoperson :)

What a handsome fellow Lancelot is.

He's bound to get nominated, I'm sure.

Another picture of my lovely Lancelot for the POTM. I went to see him this morning and told him he is lovely and he came and snuffled on me! Im taking him to a big agricultural show in July so hopefully he will win!

Hi plecoperson :)

That's great news!

Please be sure to take lots of pictures so all of us urban folks can learn what happens there. :D

Hi plecoperson :)

Well, I guess I'll have to nominate Lancelot for POTM.

I couldn't stop thinking about him. As a city gal, I would never have thought that a calf could have such a beautiful face, but Lancelot sure does!

Thank you very much lovely people!!! Ill be sure to take lots of pictures at the show - only trouble is, I need to halter train him again! He hasnt been walked for a while. :) but he is still my perfect little boy. I will take more pictures for you all as soon as I can!

There he is at the aforesaid show last year! He came fourth in that class, judged on the handlers knowledge. He won his beef class and was third in Turnout, which is the hardest class possible for a white calf!

Thank you for nominating him!!!

Im hoping the judge this year thinks the same way as you, Alaska!

I got him out for a walkies yesterday - he was so sweet! He was all excited to be out of the pen at last (he had ringworm for a while) and he was strutting his funky stuff! he's very dirty so tonight Im going to give him a bath. I was going to take before and after photos but I forgot the camera.

He was a little booger to catch though!

He's handsome. He has my vote.My favorite thing to do with a calf is to let it suck my fingers.
